Our customary Disclosure Document processing fee is $100. Please send payment to Raceway Farms Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 448, Newington, VA 22122-0448 in a check or money order made payable to Raceway Farms Homeowners Association. You can also use our online payment tool (there is a fee.) All unpaid balances, including Disclosure Document processing shall be posted to the association account and become the responsibility of the new owner.


Association “disclosure packets” are required by Virginia law. Code of Virginia Section 55.1-1809 lists required contents. Note that the “association shall deliver, within 14 days after receipt of a written request and instructions by a seller or his authorized agent, an association disclosure packet as directed in the written request.” These requirements are a subset of the Property Owners Association Act (Code of Virginia Title 55.1 Chapter 18.)
