Application for Architectural Improvement
If you are considering a change to the exterior of your home, please fill out a request form and have it reviewed by the Architectural Control Board. Prior to starting your improvement, please complete and submit the application below. Note that there is a 30 day lead time requirement although the process can be much quicker based upon the availability of our volunteers and the complexity of your request. Please provide a brief description of the desired alteration or addition below. Then use the electronic form at the link above. If you have a blueprint or documentation to be included, please attach that as well. Describe your attachments as required. Your electronic submission of the form confirms your acceptance of the signature requirements. If you have any technical challenges with this process, send an email to site-admin@racewayfarms.org so that we can make necessary changes or improvements to the online experience.
